Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, and the controls you have over your data.

Last updated: June 8, 2026

Data we collect

  • Account data: your email address and, if you connect it, your GitHub username.
  • Handle data: the handles you reserve, their public keys, and registry metadata.
  • Usage data: privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics. We do not sell personal data.

What the resolver exposes

The public resolver returns no personal data beyond the handle string and its public key. It never returns your email or billing information.

Private keys

Private keys are generated client-side and never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. On account deletion we remove your personal data within a 30-day grace window. To make a request, email privacy@idn.global.

Subprocessors

We use a small set of infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email, payments). Each processes data only as needed to operate the service.
